[~jacksontj] Great stuff dude! I should be able to land a patch for this within
the next few hours. The next question is how was this not visible via metrics.
It seems so easy to determine our KA rate: 1 - requests_that_were_closed /
total_requests (which we know). I think ill get that added also.
