Using latest chrome, when authenticating to a Drupal site behind ATS, it fails
to authenticate. It silently seems to just ignore the auth, and moves along
unauthenticated. It's possible this is similar to TS-3640, but the "fix" from
that Jira does not resolve the HTTP/2 issues.
In fact, this problem exists all the way back to 5.3.0, so the fix here would
also be a back port for 5.3.1 (or 5.3.2).
