David Carlin commented on TS-3036:
----------------------------------

TS-2944 accomplishes something very similar, but TS-3036 seems more complete.

TS-2944 only implements TCP_MEM_HIT cache result code; where as TS-3036 shows
HIT RAM for a variety of cache result codes.

Examples:

HIT_RAM ERR_CLIENT_ABORT/200
HIT_RAM TCP_IMS_HIT/304

You wouldn't have this additional information with TS-2944.

> Add logging field to define the cache medium used to serve a HIT

> I want to be able to differentiate between RAM cache HITs and disk cache
> HITs. Add a logging field to inform the administrator if the HIT came from
> RAM, at least.
