Objects are not getting cached when cache_promote and background_fetch are
enabled together. I’m seeing only cache miss all the time.
1. Add background_fetch.so in plugin.config
2. Use cache_promote in remap.config with lru policy
3. Curl for an object and you will notice only cache miss in squid.blog
