I have a pretty large patch for this, which does this, and more. It also
eliminates other backdoors behaviors, and turns the 8083 server into a very
dumb server that can handle nothing but "GET /synthetic.txt". As a net effect,
this pretty much eliminates all of mgmt/web2, I simply copied the remaining
features needed into cmd/traffic_manager.
