the section introducing the command/tool of TSXS in
"sdk/getting-started/a-simple-plugin".

and I did not found any section introducing the NEW plugins that are part of
the core.
There is ONLY one method to compile a plugin by tsxs that introduced in the
"Programmers' Guide"
