I have submitted changes to support webdav methods in ip_allow - COPY, MOVE,
LOCK, UNLOCK, PROPFIND, PROPPATCH, MKCOL, REPORT, CHECKOUT.

Alan M. Carroll: I have added 9 methods in WKS such as HTTP_WKSIDX_COPY. Please
