cache-key-genid allows the cache generation id to be read from an on-disk
database based on the request domain. This allows the cache to be cleared with
domain-level granularity rather than page-level.
Incoming PR merges the Torchbox version for 6.0+, which uses the built-in cache
generation id instead of modifying the cache url.
