No, I don't think it needs to. You shouldn't be closing the connection in the
hanshake callback anyway. [~lstipakov] was able to fix his callback, so he is
not blocked.
Eventually we should add some recursion counts or something to prevent TSVConn
from closing the ssl object from underneath us, but it isn't pressing in my
opinion.
