Summary: LuaJIT and ASAN do not work well together

This is a long outstanding issue, where LuaJIT and ASAN is not cooperating
well. I see two options to this:
1) We fix LuaJIT.
2) We continue to make LuaJIT optional, with an option to compile with regular
Lua libraries.
#2 is probably the easiest, at the price of worse performance. The downside
being that we don't test LuaJIT under ASAN.
