Hmmm, but what if I just want the collector on a box? The point of _sac is that
you don't have to worry about having the rest of ATS running on that box. What
I think is needed is
1) Make traffic_sac leaner (hopefully the code refactoring / reorg will fix
some of that)
2) Make it a better tool for all traffic collation features. For example, we
have no tool today to deal with orphaned log files. Maybe that's belong in a
different tool though.
