I think it'd be useful for plugins to be able to query the TXN what protocol
it's using, e.g. "HTTP/1.1" or "HTTP/2" etc. [~amc] says this also depends on
the changes in TS-3612.
In addition, maybe there's other information that'd be useful to expose here?
