We have some regression tests and almost all are ran only with HTTP/1.1
currently. TS now support HTTP/2, so we should run the same tests with HTTP/2.
It would be ideal if we could use the same test case for both HTTP/1.1 and
HTTP/2 to avoid double work, and to keep maintenance cost low.
