Japanese documentations in Apache repo are outdated, they are maintained in
[trafficserver-doc-ja/trafficserver|https://github.com/trafficserver-doc-ja/trafficserver].
We are moving our documentations from RTD to our own box. So the translation
related files need to be updated on Apache repo.
Also, we provide the documentations for 6.2.0(LTS) on the box, the commits
should be backported to 6.2.x branch.
