Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Fix Version/s: (was: sometime)
Closing this for now, please reopen with more details if you have something
that's actionable. It sounds like possibly you are running into disk locking
issues (so increase number of volumes), or perhaps read-retry (see thundering
herd docs).
