When you run tracing on "ssl" (e.g. -T ssl), it produces a lot of output by
dumping all the read buffers. For large documents, that can be a lot of output.
I'd prefer not to see these read() dumbs, at least not for "ssl". We could make
it some other debug diagnostics tag, but would have to be careful that it's not
included as part of just "ssl".
