It just changes the file name from the default of $USER to the tag (or perhaps
$USER.tag, can't remember now :). What we need is something that changes the
path, but for running this as a CGI (for remote access to the metrics), you
really don't want that as part of the query parameters I think? Seems like too
many options that someone could get wrong or abuse?
