The {{Plugin::handleSelectAlt}} callback gets a transaction pointer but the
{{TS_HTTP_SELECT_ALT_HOOK}} hook gets a {{TSHttpAltInfo}} not a {{TSHttpTxn}}.
I didn't see any code that would handle this.:r
