I never use ICP before,now we are using ats 4.2,and recently we are going to
upgrade to ats 6.1.X and use ICP to increase hit ratio. But the ICP seems not
work.
we tried ats cluster ,but the intranet flow was so large，larger than 800M，then
ats turns to transparent mode
