Assigning to [~jrushford] . John, if this doesn't make any sense, please close 
as invalid. If you think it's difficult, then please comment. If you think it's 
impossible, maybe we have to think about something else to do? For example, 
maybe we allow for making "groups" of hosts or something in the configs?
