I reviewed the change. After applying the patch, I ran `grep -rIi _pct
--exclude=\*.{Po,Plo} * | grep -v -E 'file_max_pct|bytes_pct'`. The output was
insignificant and showed no signs of any remaining calculated percentage
statistics.
