Description:
Currently it is either named timeout, which is also the name of a global, or
timeout_in. When debugging with macros, sometimes the global in printed or the
passed in argument.
Also, there is a mismatch in the argument name for
UnixNetVConnection::set_*activity_timeout declaration vs the implementation.
