[~alyssa] Susan and I discussed this a bit more. If you look at the
{{commands}} array in {{proxy/Main.cc}} you will find that the subcommands for
the {{\-C}} option are documented there. Unfortunately the only way to see this
is {{traffic_server -C help}} which needs to be run as root.
Could you please investigate what is needed to print the command options help
after the main usage section? I think you'll need to extend the functions in
{{ink_args.cc}} a bit for this. Take a look at {{usage()}} there.
