The ticket keyblock is added in {{SSLParseCertificateConfiguration}}, so when
you use {{TSSslServerContextCreate}} you get a SSL context without a keyblock.
{{TSSslServerContextCreate}} is supposed to make a default session with all the
configured parameters.
