TS-4888: Modified collapsed_frowarding plugin to return TSREMAP_DID_Râ¦
Modified collapsed_forwarding plugin to return TSREMAP_DID_REMAP. And also
created TSRemapDeleteInstance() to avoid the runtime/loading error.
