If you look at the glibc implementation of ``posix_madvise()``, it just
makes the ``madvise` system call for the ``MADV_DONTDUMP`` advice.
I assume that you observe the effect when using the ``SSLSessionCache``
implementation of the session cache? What happens when you use
``proxy.config.ssl.session_cache=2``?
