@zwoop says it has been running 6 hours on docs without a crash. Running
in our production environment with other crashes (described in TS-4915), but no
crashes directly related to HTTP/2 as far as I can tell.
Are we good with these changes? This evening I'll start tidying up the
commits. I had been leaving in commented out code to make some of the code
movements more obvious.
