I agree. This would also nicely make certain log entries be a lot more
intelligible. Instead of logging the cquc URL as http:/// when e.g. there is
no remap rule for the host in the request, we'd know get the real unmapped
request URL in the access logs. Granted, the error log logs the offending
hosts, but we really shouldn't log that in the error log IMO.
