On 6.2.x running server, when I modified proxy.config.http2.enabled via
traffic_ctl, I got this message.

set proxy.config.http2.enabled, please wait 10 seconds for traffic server
to sync configuration, restart is not required

But restarting traffic_server actually need to be done to take the effect.
I know this config is already dead in 7.0.x branch and master...
