Not sure if this is solvable, but it seems the MADV_DONTDUMP only applies to
memory allocated via the freelist. It'd be super swell if we moved this up such
that when we allocate iobuffer's in general, this setting applies.
Curious to hear [~psudaemon]'s take on this.
