We have this writeup describing the cache inspector:

and a blank page that has a header for it

The inspector also works for HostDB:
set "proxy.config.http_ui_enabled"=1 and set remap config for hostdb
something like `map http://www.example.com/_stats_hostdb/ http://{hostdb}/`
We should get this in somehow.
