Replace EXTRA_CXX_LDFLAGS with AM_LDFLAGS
We've never had different LDFLAGS for C and C++, so drop
EXTRA_CC_LDFLAGS and EXTRA_CXX_LDFLAGS. Just use AM_LDFLAGS.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jablko/trafficserver ldflags
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
