MemView: Fix strlen issue for OmniOS.

Rather than put `ink_platform.h` in the header file, the construct using
`strlen` was moved to the implementation file and `ink_platform.h` included
there. The reason for this it is very important to me to be able to use these
classes in plugins and that isn't possible if `ink_platform.h` is a required
header.
