   Note that "keep alive" only exists in HTTP/1.1. HTTP/2 and HTTP semantics do 
not use the term. It's a legacy concept. I'd rename it to 
`session_no_activity_timeout_in/out` if we can go more aggressively.
   
   We should probably keep settings separated by protocols/versions. Keeping H2 
sessions has more benefits than keeping H1 sessions, I think. H2 and H3 are 
very similar, so many people would have same setting values for those, but we 
might need to close inactive H3 sessions immediately as a counter-major for 
some bug/attack. Having separated settings enables it.
   
   > I don't see how the http2 versions of these configs could be overridable. 
The documents mark them as overridable. That should be corrected.
   
   I completely agree. Those cannot be overridable.
