I think https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/commit/fb6ca11c81325dc2fbf50a525cb1be008ccda33d has a bug. Making `keep_alive_no_activity_timeout_out overridable` is fine, but using overridden values after detaching a session from a transaction doesn't make much sense.
