Spoke with @shinrich and @c-taylor about this. The essence is to match equivalence classes based on the remap name rather than the actual upstream, which is determined by parent selection. The request here is to make the limits based on the official destination rather than the intermediate upstream. We might be able to slip that in, as it wouldn't affect our use. I'm not sure we can implement limits based on "parent.yaml". Putting in the config file is easy, doing the checks is more challenging. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
