Unfortunately there's a large backlog of issues, and developers generally prioritize setup-dependent issues with setups that their employers use. Might be worth a try to ask on the user and dev mailing lists, maybe somebody who doesn't regularly look at issues in our github has a similar setup and has seen this. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
