Do you have acess to the ATS slack channel? it would be easy to talk over
there.
in any case, this is what I have on my config:
```
server_ports: 8080 8080:ipv6 4443:ssl 4443:quic 4443:quic:ipv6
```
ipv4/6 works.
>/opt/ats/bin/trafficserver restart
I would make sure the pid changes when stop/restart if not, kill it manually
and start it over again
