ats verison： ats-9.1.3 system：centos 7.6 I want to simulate the working state of ATS in network latency scenarios。i use tc tool simulate network latency(simulate delay of back to parent )，when i simulate 80ms delay，i found many ERR_CONNECT_FAIL error in log。I don't think a 80ms delay can cause so many ERR_CONNECT_FAIL errors。 Is it caused by inappropriate configuration in the records.conf file？Which configuration parameter can I optimize -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
