I am closing this as obsolete. This umbrella was a pre-release documentation
checklist for the 10.x cycle, and that release has long since shipped (10.0.0
through 10.0.3 are out, with 10.1.x now active). The substantive deliverable,
the 10.x release documentation, is in place: doc/release-notes/upgrading.en.rst
("Upgrading to ATS v10.x") and doc/release-notes/whats-new.en.rst are both
populated. The remaining checklist items here are vague, unmaintained
placeholders rather than actionable work, and the issue was auto-marked stale
with no further activity. If any specific documentation gap remains (for
example the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) request path, or removing
derivative metrics from the docs), please open a focused issue describing the
exact page and change needed so it can be tracked and acted on.
