Closing this as done. This umbrella tracked porting the experimental plugins to the CMake build during the autotools to CMake migration, and that migration completed in the 10.0.0 release. Autotools was removed entirely in https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/10794, so CMake is now the only build system and every remaining plugin builds under it. The items that were still unchecked here have all resolved: wasm gained CMake build support in https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/11258, the cache_key_genid plugin was deliberately removed in https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/10708, and fastcgi and ssl_session_reuse no longer exist in the tree.
