[TRAFODION-2853] Memory leak of ComDiagsArea in Context. CLI entry points to
LOB and Sequence generator didn't deallocate the local diags area.
This problem was observed at Wanda.
1. Is the change needed to be in due to business reason or is it fixing an
issue seen in R2.3 testing? -- Yes
2) You have validated this change sufficiently - Developer regression run
3) New tests added to test this change -- No
4) Changes have been reviewed and the all the review comments are
satisfactorily resolved. Contributions shouldn't be penalized for lack of
reviewers -
Reviewed at Trafodion branch, approved and merged a day ago. Daily build
didn't show any issues.
5) What is the risk to the stability of the current code base --
