At this point, I am only making website & documentation changes (for master
branch).
I am removing references that state Trafodion is incubating project, and
removing incubator from website URLs.
I'm not changing any references to releases made while we were incubating.
Those must remain as incubator releases.
I'm not changing any build/packaging that creates tarfiles incubating in file
names. That can be separate change set.
I'm not removing DISCLAIMER file from source tree, as that used in a bunch of
packaging steps.
I'm not changing references to git repo or project mailing lists, because I
don't know how/when that infrastructure will change.
Again that needs to be another step.
