The following issues need to be fixed related to the GET statement:
* Fix internal error when performing get ... for <user/role>, should return
error 1222
* Fix parser error when “get procedures|functions|table_mapping functions for
<user/role>" is performed
* Fix the heading for “privileges on library”, the heading says “sequence”
