initialize trafodion command sets up the system environment for traf sql
operations. It contains multiple steps, like creation of metadata, creation of
views, privileges, etc that are done as part of that command.
Currently there is no indication returned on how far the init traf command has
progressed or which steps are finished or how long it took for those steps.
This Jira is an enhancement request to return progress indication during init
traf command.
