Note that the QQ ID had to be updated in two places:
# trafodion/docs/src/site/markdown/index.md has the text for the Apache
Trafodion main page.
# trafodion/docs/src/site/site.xml has the skin for all the other web pages;
the QQ ID is in this skin also.
