Summary: Regression test executor/TEST106 fails with out of order
rows

TEST106 keeps track of its progress by inserting rows into a table by time. If
the test is run when the time changes from one day to the next, the rows are
displayed out of order. That is, when time changes from 23:59:59 to
00:00:00.
