[TRAFODION-31] Create podling website for Trafodion
Site will be generated using Maven + Maven Fluido Skin. The content will be
in AsciiDoctor format and will be rendered to HTML using the Maven Asciidoctor
plugin. The AsciiDoctor format is a superset of the AsciiDoc format.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Add code for generating website via Maven
Add code to generate website using Maven, Maven Fluido Skin, and
AsciiDoctor.
Also renamed the readme file to readme.md (Markdown) so it will render
properly
in GitHub.
