ODBC Windows driver returns the mesg "[Trafodion ODBC Driver][Trafodion
Database]Message for ID[212] not found" with every error msg returned.
GetDiagField test failed, may give you some hint as to where the issue maybe:
Checking SQLGetDiagField for SQL_DIAG_MESSAGE_TEXT
