In Windows ODBC Administrator, when create or open an existing available 
Trafodion datasource, go to the testing tab click on Test Connection button 
brings up the "TRAF ODBC DATA SOURCE" dialogue, click on the "Cancel" button, 
the dialogue dismisses, but the Administrator still tries to establish a 
connection and cannot make it.

The behavior and messaging procedure of this button is not defined.
